Wallis Annenberg Conference Room & Patio (SSMS 4315)
The Annenberg Conference Room has a maximum capacity of 60 people with furniture and 100 people without furniture. It can be configured meeting style (standard), lecture style, or lecture style with tables. Reservation includes use of the attached kitchen space (SSMS 4321) and the patio directly outside of the room. To request a reservation, fill out this form.

HSSB Courtyard (ground level)
This ground level courtyard space can hold events or receptions. It is adjacent to academic and performing arts buildings and therefore reservations are contingent upon there being no conflicts with concurrent academic activities or performing arts events (including rehearsals, auditions, and performances). Amplified sound (voice or music) is not allowed in the courtyard. Request to reserve here.
